The only times you should really have to restructure vassals are when they're not your same religion/culture (even then you could be fine), or if they have a permanent -100 opinion of you and you want to pass a succession law. Regardless, you should try to just accept the fact that your vassals are going to have ugly borders. They may hate you, but that doesn't matter once they're all dead and have no/little land. That way, you can revoke all of the revolters' titles without a tyrannical penalty after the war (assuming you win) whilst also imprisoning them. I don't recommend this unless you're either in a really awkward spot and you need to completely restructure your realm or are going to change to said religion anyways.Ģ) Piss off as many vassals as possible, and get them to revolt in a faction. The Revoke the County of plot only requires that a count level vassal hold more than one county (or that a duke holds a county outside of his duchy). Make sure to raise your levies first and move them around on the people you're revoking so they don't revolt. 1) Change religions and then revoke everyone once you get the religious title revoke law.
